CQA led the end-to-end development of The Forge, including concept creation, brand positioning, menu engineering, operational systems, sports programming, promotions, and long-term scalability. The venue was engineered for 24/7 operations, high-volume kitchen and bar output, and predictable revenue through a structured weekly promotions calendar and premium sports broadcasting across multiple time zones. This disciplined approach resulted in multiple industry awards, strong organic visibility, and sustained commercial success — ultimately enabling expansion with a second outlet opening in Jimbaran in 2024.
