Under CQA’s direction, Happy Chappy was developed as a scalable, experience-driven brand with strong emotional resonance and broad demographic appeal. The concept combines culturally rich interiors inspired by old Shanghai with modern touches, distinctive brand symbolism, and highly photogenic spaces that naturally drive repeat visitation and social visibility. Its success led to expansion with a second outlet in Berawa and the introduction of the Dragon Den Bar — a hidden cocktail space that extends the brand into evening trade.
