What We Do
CQA was engaged from the very beginning to envision, design, and deliver a completely new hospitality destination on one of Bali’s most desirable coastlines. Luna Beach Club stands today as a showcase of CQA’s full-service capability — from brand creation and experience architecture to F&B strategy, operations, programming, and performance systems.
We developed a master concept built around multi-zone activation, allowing the venue to trade strongly across all dayparts and guest segments. CQA crafted a cohesive narrative that ties every space together while enabling individual identities to shine.

Culinary Innovation and Elevated Experiences at Luna Beach Club
At the culinary core, CQA created 369 — a signature restaurant concept celebrating Mediterranean cuisine cooked over coals, built upon a service style and menu engineered for both premium spend and operational efficiency. For VIP hosting and refined storytelling, Table 369 was designed as a chef-led private dining extension with a focus on locally inspired ingredients and Balinese-rooted techniques.
To enhance revenue peaks and build destination appeal, CQA conceptualised Luna’s champagne sunset deck — a tower-top dining platform designed to elevate premium celebrations, late-night bottle service, and high-value guest experiences.

Dual-Personality Entertainment: The Poolclub Experience by CQA
The poolclub — entirely conceived and programmed by CQA — operates as a dual-personality entertainment engine. By day, CQA designed the Day Beach Club as a high-energy coastal social hub powered by DJs and flexible enough to host major live music events and festivals. As the evening transitions, the experience shifts into an underground, high-intensity DJ environment merging the bold architecture of The Cave with the pulse of Utopia — a CQA-invented nightlife zone engineered for high dwell-time and elevated beverage revenues.
To extend nighttime spending and diversify operational verticals, CQA transformed the artisan gelato parlour into a late-night cocktail den — increasing venue capacity for music programming and maintaining strong revenue flow after sunset.
Building the Team and Guest Experience
To deliver a project of this scale, CQA planned the full 450-person staffing structure, complete SOPs and service models, and a guest experience philosophy that aligns every team member to brand standards and commercial goals.
From Design Intent to Operational Logic
was created by CQA to achieve repeat visitation, multiple daily trading cycles, and diversified revenue performance.
